In this camp conference, we are inviting all minority organizations to discover their synergies and harness their diversity, band together, share resources, conduct joint programs, do joint marketing and promotions, co-locate meetings to better negotiate rates and others. It makes sense, in fact it is good business, to never walk alone.

Strategic alliances enable organizations to gain competitive advantage through access to a partner's resources, including markets, technologies, human and financial resources. The afternoon activities are devoted to teambuilding, partnering, networking in addition to recreational activities.
