Eligibility
-
- 1. Any nominee that meets the following guidelines and have
a live website during the review and nominating period is eligible.

- 2. Entries may only be submitted once per category. One
site may be submitted in multiple categories.
- Sponsors of CIMPA HONORS may submit their own nominees,
though the judging process ensures that such sites receive no special
treatment.

- 3. There is no limit to the number of entries that may be
submitted by any entrant. A complete entry form and separate fee must
accompany each submission.

Acknowledgement of Entries
- 1. Entrants will receive an email acknowledgement when an
entry has been received. Only nominated entries will be notified beyond that.
Review
of Entries
- 1. CIMPA HONORS nominees and winners are selected by judges
from the CIMPA membership and readers of MICE INTERNATIONAL. All entries will
be reviewed and submitted for voting in an online poll. Judging will be based
on Information provided on the nominee's website as well as chat rooms,
bulletin boards, members' input, replies to email queries. In some cases,
actual inspections may be conducted by members.

Terms and Conditions
of Entry
- 1. The CIMPA HONORS are not liable for any copyright
infringement on the part of the entrant.

- 2. Submission of any entry acknowledges the right of The
CIMPA HONORS to use it for exhibition and publication in any medium.

Awarding
- 1. Timely submission of an entry meeting the eligibility
requirements and payment of the entry fee as stated herein ensures that an
entrant's site will be reviewed and considered for nomination. No other
representation or warranty is made by CIMPA HONORS. concerning entries and all
implied warranties are hereby expressly disclaimed.

- 2. If an entrant's site is nominated for an award or
receives an award, the manner and details of announcing such nomination and
award is strictly within the discretion of CIMPA HONORS.

- 3. Winners attending the Awards ceremony are responsible
for travel and all other expenses.
