description of the project: Interested attendees at ITMIC Portugal will participate in partnering sessions. One of the projects to be discussed is a cooperative catalog of trips that are not just about tours and sightseeing. They are primarily about connecting groups of people of different cultures and fostering friendship and understanding.

This will be printed in a catalog and distributed to audiences in America: one more way you can get a return on your investment in this conference.

what you need to submit

	Category Classification (one of the above)
	Target Audience: Who should participate in this trip?
	Management: Who is in charge? Include contact information
	Staffing: Include a trainer wherever needed and a trip coordinator
	Brief description of the program: Include which organizations you are cooperating with. Ex: If you are receiving a trade mission, you should be cooperating with the Chamber of Commerce in your city
	Day by day itinerary: include activities that connect groups of people with other groups of people
	Minimum number of participants
	Dates available: We prefer trips that are available year-round until December 2004
	Cost: Net

CIMPA will take on the responsibility of printing and distributing the catalogue. Any help in seeking sponsorships and advertisement is appreciated.
