PREPARATION
FOR THE CGMP EXAMINATION The CGMP Examination evaluates the knowledge, skills and
competencies of meeting professionals who plan meetings internationally. There
is no need to memorize anything for this examination. Questions are in the form
of case studies and essay questions that document your own experiences,
reactions to specific situations and problem-solving exercises. No review sessions are necessary. Review
materials are available for you to study at your own pace at your own time.
The list of competencies indicate the knowledge areas to be tested.
CGMP
RE-CERTIFICATION To maintain CGMP status, meeting professionals must re-certify every five years. This is based on evidence of continued professional development as a meeting professional. Re-certification forms are emailed in January of the year in which current certification expires. The form is due back the following March. The re-certification form is also available to download from our website at anytime. |
